Résumé :
In non destructif testing, we can found two eddy currents techniques, the most used one is theclassic eddy current where the electromagnetic filed is generated by an alternative current.This technique is applied only for surface or sub surface detection of defects. Pulsed eddycurrents methods is derived for the classic eddy current but the electromagnetic filed isgenerated by a pulsed current.In this paper we are going to present some applications of pulsed eddy currents forcharacterising electrical conductivity and survey defects like crack and material lost.
