Résumé :

Polyaniline (PAni) is considered to be a one of the most promising material, according to its chemical stability in the conducting state, reasonably high electrical conductivity, and good environmental stability. This work presents the electropolymerizationof aniline on indium tin oxide (ITO) electrode in acidic medium by potentiodynamic methods. The effect of different deposition cycles 5, 10, 15 on thickness, morphological, optical properties of electrodeposited PAni thin films was investigated. Cyclic Voltammogram recorded on the ITO substrate in 0.5 M H2SO4 shows that the initial stages of the aniline electropolymerization were started at 0.75 V/SCE.A green color polyaniline film was deposited on the working electrode. The thicknesses calculated for PAni-modified ITO were comprised between 9,66 μm and 28.80 μm, sponge-like, branched, porous structured were successfully electropolymerized in the presence of H2SO4. Optical absorption spectra showed absorption peak for π– π *, polaron, and bipolaron transitions withe bande gap of 2,5 eV.
