Résumé :

Polycrystalline zinc oxide (ZnO) thinfilms is deposited onto glass substrates, SnO2 : F/glass andSnO2 : F/Pyrex substrates by using chemical spray pyrolysismethod from aqueous solutions of zinc acetate precursorsat 440°C in air. The effect of substrate on structuraland electrical properties was investigated.The Comparison of layer properties have been investigatedusing the X-ray Diffraction (DRX), photoluminescencespectroscopy and spectrophotometric measurements.The dependence of structural and optical properties ofZnO on substrate was investigated
